On Point Café & Seafood is an exciting new venue launching soon in Chatswood, offering an elevated brunch and dinner experience. Our menu is driven by seasonal produce and inspired by a fusion of Italian elegance, European romance, and a refined Asian twist—with a strong focus on seafood, steak, and pasta.

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie or Sous Chef to join our opening team and grow with us.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on kitchen position suited for a motivated Chef de Partie ready to step up, or an experienced Sous Chef seeking a fresh start in a creative, supportive environment. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the menu and kitchen culture from day one.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef
• Strong cooking and plating skills, especially with seafood, steak, and pasta
• A passion for seasonal ingredients and Asian-influenced cuisine
• Organised, reliable, and a strong team player
• Brunch or high-volume café experience is a plus
• Experience with new restaurant openings is highly regarded
